NSVs- Wednesday, 2/9/11

Just getting us started...

1. Jogged most and walked a little of three miles.

2. Ate a lot of fruit and veggies trying to stave off extraordinary hunger.

3. Finally broke down and got a bagelwich. The victory was that I got turkey on wheat (11 PP), not roast beef on sesame (13 PP).

Wednesday's NSVs:
1) I was in the mood for DQ. I walked to the DQ and ordered a cone instead of a Blizzard. Not perfect, but progress.
2) Ate McD's SW salad with grilled chicken for lunch.
3) Just now, I needed a little something, and I opted for lean lunchmeat over less healthful options.
