NSVs- Thursday, 2/10/11

Didn't make it back for yesterday's blog post - but we're aiming for an 80% success rate, right?

So here's a new try for today, and again I'm focusing on starting the post earlier in the day so no one has to wait on me.

1. Took a nap during Jonah's first nap. I can still feel my body work on getting over this cold!

2. Took a nap during Jonah's second nap. Yay.

3. Cooked an AWESOME healthy dinner. Made breakfast for dinner: A hash with onions, sweet potato, turnip, mushrooms and kale. Served with fried eggs. Veggie and proteinalishious! (I even took a pic I might post here later!)

Glad you're feeling better, Renee!

1. Burned 285 calories in 40 minutes on the exercise bike.

2. Ate some especially delish canteloupe (probably don't want to know how far it had to travel to get here).

3. Kept my eye on the headlines from Egypt but didn't spend an unhealthy amount of time on the details.

NSVs for Thursday, 2/10:
1) Went to Panera Bread Restaurant. Ordered a turkey sandwich on wheat instead of more "costly" items.
2) At Panera, said "No, thank you" when they offered to "add a bakery item for only 99 cents."
3) Zumba'd it up at Curves.

Friday NSVs:
1) Snacked on canned pineapple (in own juice).
2) Started lunch with a big pile of mixed veggies.
3) Had an apple after dinner.
