NSVs- Sunday, 2/13/11

1. Packed a bag of healthy snacks for me and Jonah to take with to a workshop I was going to (which provided free babysitting - w00t!)

2. Napped while Jonah was napping.

3. Took half my dinner home from the restaurant we ate at. (Ate the veggies while I was waiting for the to go box, instead of just keeping eating the whole thing. I plan to add frozen veggies in when I reheat it for lunch tomorrow.)

Sunday's NSVs:
1) Made Rachael Ray's Mexican lasagna for D&D. Used 7% fat meat, lowfat cheese, and corn tortillas instead of flour. Yum-o, as RR would say.
2) Walked up and down the stairs several times.
3) Pushed the oh-so-tasty pink M&Ms away from me when I found myself eating too many.There's a reason I hardly ever buy them anymore.

Happy Valentine's Day! Today's NSVs are:
1) Did my Curves workout before tutoring, so I wouldn't risk being too busy afterwards;
2) Instead of going to a crowded restaurant, I picked up a DeLite pizza from Papa Murphy's, as well as a heart-shaped pepperoni for Boy;
3) Am baking the DeLite pizza first so I'm less tempted to eat the pepperoni.
