1. Spent 40 minutes and 445 calories on elliptical.
2. Felt sluggish so I "had a bit of a lie-down" (Brit-speak for dozing on the couch).
3. Went to WW mtg., just as I have done most weeks for the last 5.5 years. (I've had a few good leaders, such as Renee, and some less-good leaders. I hope I would continue regardless, but I definitely appreciate the good ones when I can find them.)
NSVs for Saturday, 2/12: 1) Went to my WW meeting, even though I was very tired and my husband was very warm and snuggly! 2) Did my Curves workout. 3) Game night tonight: We brought Caesar salad with light dressing. It went fast. 4) While buying ingredients for salad, thought ahead to Sunday night, our turn to bring dinner to D&D, and bought what I needed to make a tasty, low PPV menu everyone would enjoy. (Maybe if our DM likes it, he'll take it easy on us. :)) P.S I second what Anne said about Renee. Love ya, girl.
