NSVs- Friday, 2/18/11

1. Woke up CRAZY hungry today. Wanted to dive in to the pantry/fridge, but I held myself to a my regular high-protein breakfast of greek yogurt. Waited to see if I was still hungry, and when I was I split oatmeal with Jonah. When STILL hungry after that I had a pear.

Another sick day all by myself. 1) Instead of overeating or watching even more TV, I worked on my comedy act for Open Mic Night, 3/8. I finished writing it!
2) Got out of the house and rented a movie when I felt like eating.
3) Chose the lowest sodium frozen dinner for lunch. Don't want to throw off tomorrow's weigh-in!

1. Spent 40 minutes on StairMaster.

2. Really wanted to stop by QFC deli at 5p but instead made the Easiest Dinner in the World: baked chicken with spicy rub on multi-grain bread and fat-free mayo.

3. Went to bed at 9p, which I desperately needed after last night's concert (ended after 11p *and* it was across the lake).
