1. Did "industrial strength" meal planning around party tonight and dinner out tomorrow.
2. Wore cute outfit to party to remind myself why hanging out near the buffet table is a bad idea. Also drank a liter of flavored water on the drive there for extra "support."
3. Put only two (2!) bites of cheesecake on my plate, ate them, and didn't go back for more.
Went through cupboards and calculated points on items I eat regularly and added them to food list. Declined part of breakfast that didn't fit with my plan. Will plan week's menus today.
